Project Overview
GIZ International Services is preparing an EU-funded service contract in Jordan focused on inclusive education.
The project aims to enhance the quality and inclusiveness of the education system, with a strong emphasis on developing home- and online-based learning programs for children with disabilities.  

The Team Leader will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Technical Assistance, providing strategic direction and ensuring the effective delivery of capacity-building, advice and policy support activities. 
 
Required Criteria

Qualifications and skills
  • University degree in Education.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong asset.
General professional experience
  • Minimum 12 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of education.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of inclusive education, education for children with disabilities and special needse-learning modules.
Specific professional experience
  • Minimum 2 experiences (each longer than 6 months) as Team Leader for EU funded TA projects.
  • At least 1 experience in the MENA region (experience in Jordan is considered a strong asset)
  • Experience in developing / advising on e-learning tools, methods and modules for children with disabilities is considered a strong asset
