We are seeking experienced Team Leaders to join our network of Key Experts in the following sectors:

Energy: Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Energy Infrastructure, Energy Policy, Regulation and Consulting, and related areas.

Infrastructure: Transport, Water, Energy, Urban and Regional Development, Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure, Social Infrastructure, Environmental and Sustainability projects, and others.

Hydrogen: green hydrogen, energy.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills
-
A Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
-
Proficiency in French and/or Arabic is a strong asset.
General Professional experience
-
At least 15 years of overall professional experience.
-
Minimum of 7 years of leadership and managerial experience, out of which 5 years of experience managing the projects funded by International Financial Institutions (IFIs) such as the EIB, World Bank, IBRD, IFC, ADB, EBRD, GCF, GEF, EIB, CEB, among others.
Specific Professional experience
-
Experience as a Key Expert on a minimum of two (2) projects funded by European Investment Bank (EIB) or other IFIs (i.e World Bank, IBRD, IFC, ADB, EBRD, GCF, GEF, CEB, among others).

Prior experience with EIB Facilities is highly advantageous.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in preparing (e.g., feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments, tender dossiers) and/or implementing (e.g., supervision, promoter support) infrastructure, energy projects or green hydrogen.

Proven international experience (outside your primary country of residence).

Proven experience in working in countries of the MENA (Middle East/North African) region is an advantage.
